Terms & Conditions

  • The “Valentine’s Day Campaign” is organized by Prudential Myanmar Life Insurance (“Prudential Myanmar”). The Campaign period is from 8 February 2024 to 23:59 (Myanmar Time) on 29 February 2024 (“Campaign Period”).
  • By participating in the Campaign, Participants (“You”) agree to all of the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign as outlined on this page.
  • How to participate the Campaign and win the prizes

    • Like and share the Facebook campaign post publicly with the hashtags #ExpressYourLoveWithLifeInsurance #PrudentialMyanmar and mention your loved ones
    • Click on the link provided in the post and answer the quiz questions.
  • The quiz consists of life insurance related questions. Participants must answer all the questions to be eligible for the lucky draw prize.
  • Participants can only take the quiz once during the campaign period.
  • Prudential Myanmar will randomly select 20 winners from the pool of eligible participants and announce them on its Facebook page on 3 March 2024. The winners will also be contacted via phone or Facebook messenger by Prudential Myanmar.
  • Each winner will receive a 10,000 MMK foodpanda voucher that can be redeemed on the foodpanda app. The voucher is valid for one month after it is issued and is subject to the terms and conditions of foodpanda.
  • In addition, participants who purchase a life insurance policy (PRUScholar or PRUFlexiprotect Plus) from Prudential Myanmar during the campaign period will receive a special Valentine’s Day gift (100,000 MMK worth City Mart Gift voucher) from Prudential Myanmar.
  • Prudential Myanmar reserves the right to substitute the gift with another item of similar value without prior notice.
  • All prize winners are required to respond within one (1) week from the winner announcement or notification from Prudential Myanmar, otherwise, the prize will be forfeited.

  • Prudential Myanmar will deliver the prize to each winner via their messengers. Prizes will be delivered by Prudential Myanmar no later than 3 months from the winner announcement.

  • At the time of the winner announcement, winners must have their post in their facebook timeline (subject to Prudential Myanmar‘s sole and final decision). Otherwise, the respective winners will be disqualified without further notice. Prudential Myanmar reserves the right to verify the selection and identity of winners again after the publication of the results of the winners.

  • All prizes cannot be exchanged with cash.

  • The prize items are not sponsored by any company or organisation.
  • No brand or organisation is supporting the campaign other than Prudential Myanmar.
  • In no event will Prudential Myanmar and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and related companies, their respective advertising or promotion agencies or their respective officers, directors, employees, members, shareholders, attorneys, representatives and agents (collectively, “Affiliates”), be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of any of the Participant’s submissions, the use of the submissions, their entry into the campaign, or their participation in any campaign-related activity.
  • By entering into the campaign, Participants hereby release and agree to hold harmless Prudential Myanmar and their Affiliates from and against any and all rights, demands, claims, causes of action, losses, damages, costs and expenses whatsoever that they may have, or which may arise, whether in whole or in part, and whether directly or indirectly. 
  • Participants who wish to withdraw from this campaign will need to inform Prudential Myanmar before the winner announcement is released. To do so, please contact the Prudential Myanmar Customer Service Phone – 09 770 110010 or message us on Messenger via the Prudential Myanmar Facebook page.
  • If no cancellation or withdrawal request for the contest is received, Participants are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign.
  • Prudential Myanmar may, at its sole discretion change any of the Terms and Conditions for the Campaign or cancel / modify the contest at any time.
  • Decisions made by Prudential Myanmar will be final and binding in this regard.
  • Prudential Myanmar reserves the right to contact Participants by email or phone for further engagement activities.

  • All staff members, contracted employees and sales representatives of Prudential Myanmar shall not participate in this Campaign.
