Terms & Conditions
“Talk with PRU Stickers” campaign is organized by Prudential Myanmar Life Insurance (“Prudential Myanmar”) and the campaign period is from 13 September 2024 to 23:59 (Myanmar time) on 10 October 2024.
By participating in the Campaign, Participants (“You”) agree to all the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign as outlined on this page.
How to Participate the Campaign and Win the Prizes
- Subscribe to Prudential Myanmar Viber channel.
- Download the PRUGirl Viber stickers pack and screenshot the sticker download UI.
- Under the campaign post, comment the screenshot by mentioning 3 friends,.
- On a bi-weekly basis, 20 lucky winners will be selected in a lucky draw randomly.
Prudential Myanmar will randomly select 20 bi-weekly winners and announce them only on its Viber channel. The winners need to contact Prudential Myanmar through Facebook page messenger by verifying themselves.
On a bi-weekly basis, we will choose 10 winners for 10,000 MMK worth of mobile phone bill gift, and another 10 winners for 5,000 MMK worth of mobile phone bill gift.
Prudential Myanmar reserves the right to substitute the gift with another item of similar value without prior notice.
All gift winners are required to respond within one (1) week from the winner announcement or notification from Prudential Myanmar. If the gift winners do not notify within a week, the gift will be forfeited.
The gifts will be shared by Prudential Myanmar no later than three weeks from the winner announcement.
At the time of the winner announcement, winners still must be the subscriber of Prudential Myanmar Viber channel and still must download the PRUGirl viber sticker pack. Otherwise, the respective winners will be disqualified without further notice. Prudential Myanmar reserves the right to verify the selection and identity of winners again after the publication of the results of the winners.
All gifts cannot be exchanged with cash.
The gift items are not sponsored by any company or organisation.
No brand or organisation is supporting the campaign other than Prudential Myanmar.
In no event will Prudential Myanmar and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and related companies, their respective advertising or promotion agencies or their respective officers, directors, employees, members, shareholders, attorneys, representatives and agents (collectively, “Affiliates”), be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of any of the Participant’s submissions, the use of the submissions, their entry into the campaign, or their participation in any campaign-related activity.
By entering into the campaign, Participants hereby release and agree to hold harmless Prudential Myanmar and their Affiliates from and against any and all rights, demands, claims, causes of action, losses, damages, costs and expenses whatsoever that they may have, or which may arise, whether in whole or in part, and whether directly or indirectly.
Participants who wish to withdraw from this campaign will need to inform Prudential Myanmar before the winner announcement is released. To do so, please contact the Prudential Myanmar Customer Service Phone – 09 770 110010 or message us on Messenger via the Prudential Myanmar Facebook page.
If no cancellation or withdrawal request for the contest is received, Participants are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign.
Prudential Myanmar may, at its sole discretion change any of the Terms and Conditions for the Campaign or cancel / modify the contest at any time.
Decisions made by Prudential Myanmar will be final and binding in this regard.
Prudential Myanmar reserves the right to contact Participants by email or phone for further engagement activities.
