Terms & Conditions
The Corporate Referral Program ("Program") is organized by Prudential Myanmar Life Insurance (“Prudential Myanmar”). Existing Prudential Myanmar customers ("Referrers") who successfully refer or sales close eligible businesses ("Referees") may be entitled to rewards, subject to the following terms and conditions.
The Program period is from 7th April 2025 to 23:59 (Myanmar Time) on 31st August 2025 (“Program Period”). By participating in the Program, participants (“Referrers”) agree to all the Terms and Conditions outlined on this page.
How to Participate in the Program:
- The Referrer must submit the Referee’s details through the designated referral form https://forms.office.com/r/qpz6sGkh5v
- A Prudential Myanmar Sales Representative will contact the Referee and explain the best insurance solutions available.
- Enjoy special rewards for every successful or sales closed referral.
Eligibility Criteria:
- The Campaign is eligible for existing customers (CEOs, Founders, Managing Directors, HR Directors, HR Manager, and HR Executives, Compensation & Benefits Managers, and Employee Wellness Specialists) of the Company, whose insurance policies are in-force with Prudential Myanmar Life Insurance.
- To be eligible, referees must purchase one of the following Prudential Myanmar life insurance products with a minimum Business Closure of 500,000 MMK during the Program Period:

Referrers may receive gift cards or other benefits (such as fruit and food baskets) based on the business closure amount.
Gift Delivery:
- Gifts will be delivered by a Prudential Myanmar Sales Representative within three (3) months after the policy has been issued.
- Prudential Myanmar will contact successful referrers via phone or Messenger.
- Referrers must respond within one (1) month from the date of contact; otherwise, the gift will be forfeited.
- If the contact details provided are invalid or if the referrer fails to respond within the given period, the gift will be forfeited.
Program Terms:
- Prudential Myanmar reserves the right to modify or adjust the Program terms if necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated to Referrers in a timely manner.
- No brand or organization is supporting this Program other than Prudential Myanmar.
- Prudential Myanmar reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Referrers.
- In no event will Prudential Myanmar or its affiliates be responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from participation in the Program.
- Referees must be new clients who have not previously engaged with the Company’s insurance services.
- Self-referrals (for owned companies) are not permitted.
- All prizes are non-exchangeable for cash.
