Terms and Conditions

The “ပိုကျန်းမာတဲ့ နှစ်သစ်ကို ရည်ရွယ်… ပရူဒန်ရှယ် အာမခံနဲ့ ကာကွယ်” Program is organised by Prudential Myanmar Life Insurance (“Prudential Myanmar”). The Program period is from 1 April 2024 (Myanmar Time) to 30 April 2024 at 23:59 (“Program Period”). By participating in the Program, Participants (“You”) agree to all the Terms and Conditions of the program as outlined on this page.

 

How to Participate the program and receive the new year gift

Prudential Myanmar will provide the following new year gift in celebration of the Myanmar New Year with customers:

 

  • Receive a Gift (Shop.com.mm or Oway travel or Unique Voucher) equivalent to 7% on the 1st Year Premium for purchase of a 10 Year Policy Term
  • Receive a Gift (Shop.com.mm or Oway travel or Unique Voucher)equivalent to 15% on the 1st Year Premium for purchase of a 15 Year Policy Term
  • Receive a Gift (Shop.com.mm or Oway travel or Unique Voucher) equivalent to 20% on the 1st Year Premium for purchase of a 20 Year Policy Term.

 

Program Period: This Program is applicable for PRUFlexiprotect PLUS (individual) insurance policies issued from April 1, 2024, to April 30, 2024, exclusively.

 

Eligibility Criteria: To qualify for this program, premiums for PRUFlexiprotect PLUS insurance policies must be paid annually.

 

New Year Gift Amount Calculation: The gift will be calculated based on the first policy year's annual premium paid by the customer for the respective policy. It is applicable only for the first policy year premium for PRUFlexiprotect PLUS policies with annual payment mode. Subsequent premium payments are not eligible for the new year gift.

 

Claim Process: After purchasing the policy, the customer can submit a claim to Prudential Myanmar for the gift. They will need to provide proof of payment for the first policy year premium.

 

New Year Gift Disbursement: Once the claim is verified, Prudential Myanmar will disburse the new year gift to the customer. The disbursement can be done through Prudential Myanmar's representatives. The gift will be given by Prudential Myanmar no later than 1 month after the verification process.

 

Acceptance and issuance of any insurance policy under this campaign are subject to Prudential Myanmar’s underwriting guidelines. Prudential Myanmar reserves the right to decline policy issuance at its sole discretion.

 

All the gifts cannot be exchangeable with any other items. Prudential Myanmar reserves the right to substitute the gift with another item of similar value without prior notice.

 

Prudential Myanmar reserves the right to verify the eligibility and identity of customer again after the publication of the eligible customers.

 

No brand or organisation is supporting the program other than Prudential Myanmar.

 

In no event will Prudential Myanmar and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and related companies, their respective advertising or promotion agencies or their respective officers, directors, employees, members, shareholders, attorneys, representatives and agents (collectively, “Affiliates”), be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of any of the Participant’s submissions, the use of the submissions, their entry into the campaign, or their participation in any program-related activity.

 

By entering the program, Participants hereby release and agree to hold harmless Prudential Myanmar and their Affiliates from and against any and all rights, demands, claims, causes of action, losses, damages, costs and expenses whatsoever that they may have, or which may arise, whether in whole or in part, and whether directly or indirectly.

 

Participants who wish to withdraw from this program will need to inform Prudential Myanmar. To do so, please contact the Prudential Myanmar Customer Service Phone – 09 770 110010 or message us on Messenger via the Prudential Myanmar Facebook page.

 

If no cancellation or withdrawal request is received, Participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms and Conditions of the program.

 

Prudential Myanmar may, at its sole discretion change any of the Terms and Conditions for the program or cancel / modify the contest at any time.

 

Decisions made by Prudential Myanmar will be final and binding in this regard.

 

Prudential Myanmar reserves the right to contact Participants by email or phone for further engagement activities.
