• The Good Vibe Tribe Festival 2.0 is organized by Prudential Myanmar Life Insurance (“Prudential Myanmar”). The Event is to be held at Kokko Island, Mandalay on 17 December 2022. By participating in the event you agree to all Terms and Conditions of the Event given on this page.
• Prudential Myanmar reserves the right to admission at the Event. Decisions made by Prudential Myanmar will be final and binding in this regard.
• The Event is for individuals residing in Myanmar aged 18 years and above. We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior at the venue.
• All staff members and consultants of Prudential Myanmar can participate in the Event. They can also refer their loved ones and join the Event to adopt healthy habits.
• Prudential Myanmar and its affiliates do not take responsibility for the loss or theft of any personal belongings. Any damages at the Event site to be borne by the participant causing the damage.
• The consumption of alcohol and any illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
• Prudential Myanmar reserves the right to contact participants by email or phone for further engagement activities. Participants also acknowledge that Prudential Myanmar has the right to use them in communication and publicity materials in relation to the Event. No personal details will be revealed by Prudential Myanmar to protect the privacy of participants without prior permission.
• The Participants agree to be featured in additional video content for Prudential Myanmar’s communication and publicity materials in relation to the Event.
• No brand or organization is supporting the Event other than Prudential Myanmar.
• In no event will Prudential Myanmar and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and related companies, their respective advertising or promotion agencies or their respective officers, directors, employees, members, shareholders, attorneys, representatives and agents (collectively, “Affiliates”), be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of any of the Participant’s submissions, the use of the submissions, their entry into the Event, or their participation in any Event-related activity. By attending the Event, Participants hereby release and agree to hold harmless Prudential Myanmar and their Affiliates from and against any and all rights, demands, claims, causes of action, losses, damages, costs and expenses whatsoever that they may have, or which may arise, whether in whole or in part, and whether directly or indirectly.
• The Participants need to carry their identity cards such as NRC or Passport or Driving License, etc. for their verification during the event. Any Participant who fails to comply with will not be allowed to the Event.
• The individual QR code by Prudential Myanmar will be sent out to the participants' email after they have completely registered. The QR code is a verification that you have registered and also the entry permit for the event. Participants will have to show the QR code before they enter the event. Any participant who fails to provide this will be denied entry into the event.

COVID SAFETY GUIDELINES

• Owing to the recent conditions surrounding the COVID – 19 pandemic, as a precondition to gaining access to the event you are required to be fully vaccinated and may be required to display your COVID – 19 certificate at the venue as per the various norms /regulations.
• The use of masks is mandatory at all times and visitors are required to maintain social distancing norms.
• Prudential Myanmar does not assume any responsibility with regards to any injury or complications due to COVID – 19 accrued as a result of your participation.
• Prudential Myanmar may, at its sole discretion, change any of the Terms and Conditions for the Event or cancel/modify the event at any time.

COVID-19 ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

• Before attending an Event, Participants must comply with the latest rules and guidance issued by the local government regarding COVID-19.
• By attending an Event at a Venue, all Participants are acknowledging their consent to, and agree to abide by, the safety precautions that have been adopted by that Venue, which may include (but shall not be limited to) wearing of face masks, COVID-19 vaccination checks. Failure to comply with any such precautions could result in Participants being asked to leave the Venue. We further reserve the right to refuse entry to any person that refuses to comply with our safety protocols.

• The safety measures at Venues are intended to minimize the risk of COVID-19 but this risk cannot be completely eradicated. By attending an Event, you are acknowledging that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present, and that you and those in your party voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and agree not to hold the Event, Event Partners or any of their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors or volunteers liable for any illness or injury. Anyone attending an Event acknowledges that they do so at their own risk.
