Walk2Win is organized by Prudential Myanmar Life Insurance (“PMLI”). Campaign period covers the period from 15 August 2022 to 30 September 2022 23:59 (Myanmar time), both dates are inclusive (“Campaign Period”). By participating in the contest, you agree to all Terms and Conditions of the Contest given on this page.

The leaderboard will be conducted at Pulse App and winners will be announced on the Prudential Myanmar Facebook and LinkedIn page.

At the time of winners’ announcement, winners must be valid users of Pulse (subject to Prudential’s sole and final decision). Otherwise, the respective winners will be disqualified without further notice.

Prudential reserves the right to verify the identity of winners again after the publication of the results. Winners will be selected basis the leaderboard.

Results of the contest (including winners’ full name and the last 3 digits of winners’ mobile number) will be notified through registered mobile/ email address.

Prudential will notify by email/ SMS/ Viber to the winner’s registered mobile number/email address in the Pulse registration, individually to inform them about the process to claim their prizes. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash, or resold, and must be collected in Myanmar. (Yangon/ Mandalay) during the specified prize collection period (within 3 months after the campaign).

If a winner does not collect nor timely collect the prize for any reason, he/she will be disqualified without further notice and the prize will be considered as forfeited.

For cancelling the enrolment or withdrawal from the campaign, please contact Prudential Myanmar's Customer Service Hotline: 0977 0110 010. If no cancellation or withdrawal request for the contest is received, participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of the campaign and the Privacy Notice of Pulse.

Prudential may, at its sole discretion change any of the terms of these T&Cs or cancel / modify the contest any time.

Decisions made by Prudential Myanmar will be final and binding in this regard. Prudential Myanmar reserves the right to contact you using email or Phone number for further engagement activities. Apple Inc. or Google LLC or Fitbit or Garmin is not a sponsor of the Walk2Win campaign nor is it involved in the contest in any manner.

Participants also acknowledge that Prudential Myanmar will share the individual's City Rewards Account information to the business partner, City Mart Holding Co., Ltd. for the rewards points claim process. No personal details will be revealed by Prudential Myanmar to protect the privacy of participants without prior permission.

Rewards Points Terms & Conditions
Participants will be eligible to claim the points based on their step counts based on the range as mentioned above. As a condition of your claim points, you warrant that
(i)you are at least 18 years of age
(ii) you possess the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation
(iii) you will claim points in accordance with this Agreement
(iv) all information supplied by you on claim points is true, accurate, current and complete. We retain the right at our sole discretion to deny access to anyone to this Site and the services we offer, at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, for violation of this Agreement.
We reserve the right to terminate and delete any accounts at our sole and absolute discretion at any time and without notice.
We are entitled to act on all instructions received by anyone using your account and are not responsible for any transaction made without your authorization.
You consent to receive transactional, commercial, and marketing communications both related to CityRewards and PULSE specifically, and to our other products and services generally (including products or services related to www.prudential.com.mm), from us electronically, except in those jurisdictions where your express consent is required to receive commercial or marketing communications electronically.
Commercial and marketing communications may include notifications about relevant special offers or opportunities available from our partners. In such event, we will send you commercial or marketing communications electronically only if you have provided your express consent by proactively opting-in to receive such communications from Points regarding its products and services.
You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

All third parties offering redemption awards are occasionally referred to in these Terms and Conditions collectively as "Rewards Participants".

How can I participate in this campaign?
How long is the campaign period?
This campaign is 47 Days walking challenge, starting from 15 Aug 2022 to 30 September 2022.
How many daily steps should I achieve?
There is no limitation for daily steps. However, this 30-days walking challenge is about hitting and exceeding the recommended 5,000 steps per day, with a goal to reach 150,000 steps in 47 days. You must achieve minimum 150,000 steps in 47 days to be eligible for Grand Prizes.
If I miss achieving the daily step count will I be disqualified?
You can still claim CityRewards points with your daily steps. However, you will not be eligible for grand prizes according to campaign mechanics.
How much is the limit to walk in the campaign?
There is no limitation for total steps. However, we recommend you to achieve 5,000 daily steps to reach minimum 150,000 steps in 47 days to be eligible for grand prizes.
How will you announce the winners?
We will announce the winners on Prudential Myanmar Facebook/LinkedIn page on 7 October 2022.
When will be the leaderboard announced?
You can check the leaderboard on Pulse App.

How can I claim Grand Prize?
Grand Prize winners will be announced on 7 October at the end of campaign. We will get in touch with them to verify their details. Prizes will be shipped to the confirmed user accounts during verification process.
Can I opt out from campaign midway?
Yes.
How will I know that I am the winner in this campaign?
We will announce the winners on our Prudential Myanmar Facebook/LinkedIn page. You can also check the leaderboard on Pulse App. Winners will be notified by Phone/Viber to the winner’s registered mobile number in the Pulse registration, individually to inform them about the process to claim their prizes.
Can I invite my friends/relatives to participate?
Yes, we encourage you to invite your friends and family and your loved ones.
How do I download Pulse by Prudential App and Sign Up?
Is Pulse app available on Android platforms?
Pulse can be downloaded for free by all users on Android.
Which health trackers can be connected with Pulse App?
What is the minimum version of Android for compatibility?
Your device must have 8.1 Android Version and above.
How many channels does it have to sign up to Pulse?
I cannot search in App Store or Play Store. What should I do?
Do I need to pay to sign up for Pulse?
Pulse can be downloaded for free by all users on Android. The symptom checker, health assessment and hospital locator are free of charge to customers and non-customers alike.
Do I need to be connected to the internet to use Pulse?
Yes, you will need to be connected to the internet to use Pulse.
I can’t find to download Pulse.
How do I unlock my account? / I have forgotten my Password?
Click on 'Forgot Password' and follow the steps provided. Failing which, please contact us at 09770110010 or submit the PULSE Error Form https://bit.ly/3QvbjOL.
I have already downloaded the Pulse app much earlier, how do I get the latest version?
I tried to register using my email, but I did not receive the One Time Password.
Please check if it is delivered to your Junk or Spam email. Please check your email input for spelling.
How can I give my feedback?
You can provide us feedback by simply going to ‘Account’ > ‘Provide Feedback’.
